Red like Velvet

Red Velvet cupcakes are my all time favorite treat. I've tried most that New York City has to offer and by far Billy's Bakery wins with me. Located on 9th avenue and 21st street, the 'tiffany blue' painted bakery is quaint and cozy. The red velvet cupcakes are to die for with rich cream cheese frosting and moist burgundy cake inside.
