This is only the beginning of my fall wish list. I usually wait till mid August to allow myself to dive head first into fall fashion, but there are still some things from last fall I never got my hands on (see DV eve boot.)

Feeling Chinchilly

Yesterday's mani pedi ecompassed a new salon (which I loved and will start frequenting often, and a new color I've been hoping to try.)
Essie's Chinchilly is a gorgeous blend of grey and lavender. I think I love it even more than Playa del Platinum, boasted here.

Sole of Wood

My new Aldo wooden platforms arrived last week and made their debut for SATC 2 opening night. These shoes are not only cute but they are truly comfortable, with a wooden platform and adjustable ankle straps. I'm debating getting them in the tan suede as well because I know these will be a summer staple.

Pepperoni

This is my third time getting Essie's "pepperoni" on my nails & toes. It is, in my opinion, the perfect cherry red for any season. It seems to go with everything, despite being bright red and has a matte quality so it never looks cheesy. Try it!

Playa del Platinum

I just got a mani pedi and I have found my new favorite color. Playa del Platinum from Essie's 2010 Resort Collection is a subtle grey that resembles cement before it dries. I love the soft neutral color on my fingers and toes, as it's still edgy in all its matte glory. I have already decided I will be wearing this color all summer long.

Simply the Best

Essie is simply the best in my opinion when it comes to nail polish.
