Peach+Banana Muffins

For my husband, it's a huge treat to have baked goods in the house. We are no strangers to going out for sweets, but as far as what we keep stocked in the house, it's pretty healthy stuff.
Since I often have to trick him to eat healthier, I packed these muffins full of fruit and reduced the sugar, hoping he would never know the difference.
I was right :)

Recipe here.

Note: I used 4 bananas and added one large chopped peach to the wet mixture. I reduced sugar by half, since the peach was bursting with sweetness.

HAPPY FRIDAY AND HAVE A LOVELY WEEKEND !!

  8. Nikki, these sound and look outstanding. I'm drooling over here. I love that you reduced the sugar and made them healthier. I do that to my husband sometimes too and he hardly ever notices the difference. Except there was that one time when I tried to tell him we were having pasta and it was really spaghetti squash. But besides that I've had him snowed every time. Have a great weekend!

  20. This looks really good and perfect with a cup of coffee. Love your new banner :) Also regaring the shoes...great minds think alike b/c I was thinking I could have the black pair you featured and the grey pair I tried. Best option right??
And also been dreaming about that Mulberry bag you posted earlier this week. By far the best bag I have seen for the season.

  35. Made these today. I only had 2 bananas, so I put in a little peach jam (for moisture), and heated up about 1/4 of the peach to squash like the banana. They turned out super moist and yummy. I will make these again and again. Thanks for sharing it.
