Zucchini + Ricotta Galette

Let me start by saying that I've grown obsessed with each and every savory post of Smitten Kitchen. Each recipe is mouthwatering, with gorgeous photos and simple to follow directions. I invited my old work friends over for a girl's night on friday, to try out this recipe that I couldn't stop thinking about.
It is officially my new favorite meal, and I'm already thinking about new ways to fill my flaky, buttery galette pastry for next time.

Note: Next time I would add more vegetables than recommended. Either double up on the zucchini serving or add a layer of spinach or mushrooms to make it fuller.
