A family affair

Yesterday was my mother in law's 60th birthday and her one request was an intimate gathering of our 2 families.
We decided to throw her an elaborate brunch, including mimosas, fresh lox, mini panini and decadent chocolate birthday cake. I started planning early last week and created a detailed menu since I knew it was going to be a busy weekend.
It was a really beautiful morning and even better was getting our families together in our home.

  13. Thanks for your comments everyone!

The inside out heart tea cups are made by Yedi House. I found them on Gilt Groupe a few months ago and I love them! They are so much fun and my guests always get a kick out using them.
